This is my second time choosing a youth hostel for a trip. The first was the Wave Community in Guangzhou, which left a good impression, so for my trip to Hangzhou, I specifically chose this 'Backpackers' Ten Years' Youth Hostel.' The overall experience was decent; I was out early and back late. I extended my bed reservation day by day. The staff were very enthusiastic, and for the first time, I encountered a bunkmate who snored like thunder, haha – a whole new experience! The hygiene was good, and the bathroom was also nice. If I come to Hangzhou again, I'd still consider staying here!

Second time staying here! I really love Backpacker Hostel, I choose to stay here every time I visit a city. It's also very close to the subway station, making it convenient to get around, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The service is great too!

The hostel is still the same, clean and in a good location. It's not far from the metro station, probably a 10-minute walk. However, it seems to have lost some of its buzz; it was really quiet and empty on a Saturday, with no activities. Maybe it's the off-season. Anyway, I hope it picks up!

The room was a bit small but perfect for a solo traveler. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room nice and warm. It was also very quiet at night, and the location was easy to find. The room was conveniently close to the bathroom, making it easy to access.

I've stayed here multiple times now, and overall it's decent. The location is convenient enough, but it was a bit noisy during the day due to renovations. The facilities are mostly complete, but having long-term tenants and short-term guests mixed together made daily routines inconvenient. It meets basic needs, but the experience doesn't quite match the price point.

Clean and tidy, with an excellent location. Right outside, there's a Luckin Coffee, FamilyMart, and a bakery. West Lake Cultural Plaza is also within walking distance. The service is great, and it offers good value for money.
