The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom were empty. I reported these issues to the duty manager, who called me several times, offering only a 30 RMB refund. I probably won't be staying here again. The room layout is the main issue. Anyone in the living room can see straight into the bathroom because it's completely transparent. The toilet and shower are separate, but when you come out, you're fully exposed, making it really inconvenient to shower and get dressed. All the other facilities are fine, no problems there, and the breakfast was quite good and plentiful. The staff were also very attentive. However, it's not a five-star hotel; I specifically asked, and they confirmed it's unrated, so I'm not sure how it got a five-star rating on Trip.com. Plus, it's two hotels merged into one.

Location: Great, close to the subway station. Facilities: Relatively new and well-designed functionally. However, maintenance is poor; the pipe under the sink was leaking, and the shower door's anti-collision strip fell off with a push. The lobby is quite spacious. Cleanliness: Bedding was fine, but detailed cleanliness was lacking. Hallway carpets had many stains, and there was dust buildup on room doors and walls. Service: Fairly standard. Check-in and check-out were convenient. Staff were cold towards guests and replied directly with 'none' when asked for slippers.

The rooms are new and perfect for both business and family travelers. They come with a refrigerator. The bath and hand towels are sanitized in a disinfection cabinet. The room windows are large. The staff are very friendly. The lobby downstairs is spacious, and a subway entrance is right outside. I was very satisfied with my stay here. There are also plenty of restaurants and noodle shops nearby.

Very convenient for getting around. Xuanxuan provided excellent and thoughtful service, always ready to assist guests. The breakfast was also very rich and varied!

This hotel is more like a four-star than a five-star, which it definitely doesn't reach. It shares a large building and a reception area with several other hotels, with multiple front desks. Parking was a nightmare; we eventually found a spot on the surface lot. Also, the family room offers almost no privacy. With kids, it was really inconvenient after a shower because you have to come out to get dressed and so on. For older kids, especially girls, it's very awkward as you can see through from the mirror side to the bed side.

Thumbs up! The hotel is literally 20 meters from the subway station. As soon as you exit, the building is right there, so you don't even have to look for it. It's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. Plus, they have delivery robots for food, and there are plenty of snack options downstairs.

I was originally here for Xue Zhiqian's concert, but then I found out it was canceled once I got to Zhejiang. 😑 So I ended up staying in the hotel all day. The hotel staff were all very nice, and the bed was quite comfortable! I just really hate typhoon weather.
