Let me give an honest, unbiased review! This place was recommended by DeepSeek. There was only one WeChat account for service throughout our stay, and sometimes replies weren't timely. My child and I had to drag our luggage quite a distance over a stone path, and there was no one to greet us! It's not kid-friendly at all! The first room's air conditioning wasn't working, so we were moved to a smaller one. There were mosquitoes in the room at night, and everyone got big, itchy bites. There's no mini-fridge, and with Hangzhou being so hot and humid, we couldn't buy many snacks to bring back to the room as there was nowhere to store them!

Escaped the summer heat and checked into this hotel nestled amidst the lush greenery of Xixi Wetland. The air was wonderfully fresh, and after dinner, we strolled over to the Slow Living Street, fully immersing ourselves in the culture of this water town and wetland. Opening the window revealed views of lotus ponds and reeds; it was so tranquil and cool, a truly refreshing summer escape.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The misty, rainy weather in Jiangnan added a unique charm to the experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was soft, and it was incredibly quiet at night. The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

My business trip this time was quite relaxed, so I booked a hotel right inside the scenic area. The location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby, and the hotel also has its own private kitchen with delicious food. The ambiance is great, and there's a whole wall filled with interesting books, though I didn't have enough time to read many of them. I hope to come back for a vacation next time. I also saw people paddling dragon boats. I heard that during the Dragon Boat Festival, this is the most lively place for dragon boat races. I hope I can make it back for the Dragon Boat Festival!

Very convenient for getting around, close to all the attractions. The room felt a bit damp, but everything else was great.

The hotel's location is excellent, right inside the Wetland Park, so the air quality is fantastic. We booked a private dining room in advance, and the food was delicious. The ambiance in the private room was also very good.

This hotel has a quaint, antique charm, nestled right in the wetlands, creating a really picturesque atmosphere. Every room offers a scenic view right outside the window. I noticed many celebrities have stayed and taken photos here. The hotel is incredibly understated; the small photo wall at the front desk is so discreet you wouldn't even realize how many stars have visited unless you looked closely.

Top location hotel in the Xixi park, very good value for money, easy for car parking near the hotel, fast communication with hotel management. Breakfast could be improved (room and food offered)

Was absolutely lovely to stay in this hotel! Staffs were friendly and super helpful (helped carrying my heavy luggage to the room, collected delivery from the main entrance as the delivery man was not allowed to enter the park during weekends, always smiled and checked if everything was okay). The room was very spacious and clean. And to be honest i didn’t expect too much for the view but it was stunning from my pov. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Amazing peaceful place in the middle of beaultiful Xixi park. Great design, great amenities, large room and great service.

First off, the location is superb! It's right inside the Wetland Park, next to the helium balloon, in a free access area. The surrounding slow-paced district and Hezhu Old Street make dining and entertainment incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is small but exquisitely designed, and our room had a lovely lake view with fresh air. The bathroom was huge! The hotel also features a book bar and a charming little courtyard. Breakfast was a beautifully presented nine-compartment meal with a great variety of ingredients. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, right next to Shentankou. After breakfast, it's less than a 5-minute walk to the Shentankou ticket entrance. During Chinese New Year, we easily caught the electric boat before 9 AM, and we practically had the boat to ourselves, allowing for a spacious and enjoyable ride around the wetlands. The hotel seemed a bit short-staffed, but the staff were always responsive. They also provided shuttle service to and from the North Gate's small sightseeing buggy for most of the day, which was quite convenient. The in-room facilities aren't the newest. The room door uses a traditional key and is semi-transparent, letting in some light when trying to sleep. However, the hotel was very quiet at night, so we still managed to get decent rest.

Fantastic experience! My parents and I had a wonderful time and the check-in was perfect. The owner was incredibly welcoming. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely choose this place again next time.
