Hangzhou West Lake Lakeside Five-Star Bay Hotel (Wushan Square)

The room was very clean, and the service was great. The hotel's location is also super convenient. To the left is Intime, and to the right is Qinghefang. Traveling with friends, it was easy to get anywhere nearby. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel offered a day trip to nearby attractions, which was excellent! We visited West Lake, Lingyin Temple, the First God of Wealth Temple, a tea plantation, and Qinghefang. Hangzhou East Railway Station is also very close, so we even squeezed in a quick trip to Shanghai.

My overall experience at the Hangzhou West Lake Hubin 5-Star Bay Hotel (Wushan Square Branch) was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to Wushan Square, making travel very convenient. It's a short walk or taxi ride to West Lake and Hefang Street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed layout. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The soundproofing was good, so I wasn't bothered by outside traffic noise. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with ample hot water and stable pressure. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. They were also quick to assist with any issues. Overall, the value for money is quite good for this area, making it suitable for both tourists visiting Hangzhou and those on short business trips.

The hotel's location is quite close to West Lake, about a 10-minute walk. It's also conveniently located near attractions like Hefang Street, West Lake Museum, and the Art Museum, making it great for tourists. There's a robot in the lobby that can deliver food. The room itself was pretty good. I'd recommend it.

The hotel amenities are quite complete, with two large floor-to-ceiling windows offering excellent views and nice scenery outside. Although it's close to the road, it's not noisy. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic, and you can even store your luggage after checking out. I'll definitely come again if I have the chance.
