Kaiyuan Life Hotel (Hangzhou Yuhang)

This hotel's cleanliness and service really warmed my heart! The room was thoroughly cleaned, the sheets and duvet covers looked brand new, and the floors were so fresh you could walk barefoot. Even the elevator buttons in public areas were disinfected daily. The front desk staff were super thoughtful; when they saw guests with children, they proactively offered kids' slippers and corner protectors. Housekeeping promptly changed trash bags, and there was never any unpleasant odor. The location is convenient, and breakfast even has a kids' section. We felt so safe and comfortable here. This is definitely the right choice for a family trip!

I chose the Kaiyuan Yiju Hotel (Hangzhou Yuhang Store) because it claimed to be a four-star hotel, but to my surprise, the actual stay was far from that standard. I was disappointed throughout, especially with the cleanliness, dining, and facilities, which were particularly problematic. First, the cleanliness was appalling, completely failing to meet the basic requirements of a star-rated hotel. Upon entering the room, the most immediate impression was the extremely dirty carpet. Beyond the carpet, the room's detailed cleaning was also perfunctory: dust accumulated in the corners, making it impossible to feel at ease during my stay. Secondly, the breakfast quality was concerning and severely inconsistent with the dining standards expected of a four-star hotel. The breakfast selection was monotonous and scarce, offering only a few basic staples and side dishes. It lacked the variety and quality typically found in star-rated hotels. Lastly, the hardware facilities were old and outdated, completely failing to meet the configuration requirements of a four-star standard. The floor surfaces in the room showed obvious signs of wear, leading to a poor user experience. The facilities in the common areas were equally rudimentary; the elevator was slow, and its interior decor was old-fashioned, lacking the high-end feel and comfort expected of a four-star hotel. As a hotel marketed as four-star, Kaiyuan Yiju Hotel (Hangzhou Yuhang Store) has serious shortcomings in basic cleanliness, dining, and hardware facilities, falling far short of star-rated hotel assessment criteria. I hope the hotel addresses its issues, strengthens cleaning management, improves dining quality, updates aging equipment, and genuinely enhances the guest experience. Otherwise, it will only erode brand credibility and disappoint more consumers.

The hotel environment was great; the room felt exceptionally comfortable from the moment I entered. The room was spotless, and the facilities were complete and easy to use. The hotel's breakfast buffet has a rich variety of Chinese and Western food to meet different tastes. The gym is well equipped to keep me fit with my daily workout. The location is also excellent, and it is convenient for eating and shopping around. Next time I travel, I will choose Kaiyuan!
