As expected of a chain hotel, this Radisson Hotel had clean and hygienic rooms, a large lobby with sofas for relaxation, and tidy rooms. The hotel also had parking. The overall environment was good. The receptionist, Cai Cai, provided excellent service. I'll definitely stay at this Radisson again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

The hotel's room key management is extremely chaotic and has serious security vulnerabilities! Two valid room keys were issued to me and a stranger in the same room at the same time. The stranger swiped his key to enter the room, leaving my privacy and personal safety completely unprotected. There was no explanation or apology for twenty minutes after the incident. Such a basic and dangerous operational error only resulted in a room change after I complained. I urge the hotel to rectify this!

The hotel is easy to find; I didn't even need navigation, it just dropped me off at the door. There are so many restaurants in the residential area behind the hotel!
