酒店新裝修，設施非常齊全，徠芬吹風機、掛燙機、電熱毛巾架、智能家居、無線充電，住進去超級驚喜，尤其是電熱毛巾架，小件衣物幾個小時就能烘透幹，衣服不會在背包裏潮濕發臭。
隔音很好，就算臨街也聽不到聲音，前台也特別的熱情，超級滿意滿意。

第一次住這間酒店,感覺非常好,特別是前台有一位叫阿敏的小姐姐,服務態度十分專業,幫忙拿行李,還介紹附近的餐館,其他的員工也非常專業及有禮貌,早餐也很豐盛,下次來杭州西湖遊覽還會再來住.附近也有夜市逛街
