Atour Hotel (Hangzhou East Railway Station MixC, V3.6)

For this business trip, I stayed at Atour near the East Station. I saw it just opened in May 2026, so it's definitely new, and the environment and facilities must be great. It was indeed a pleasant stay, very spacious, and the bedding was comfortable.

Staying here when visiting Hangzhou is super convenient! It's right next to Hangzhou East Railway Station, with direct subway access to major attractions like West Lake and Wulin Square. Plus, it's close to MIXC, so you can easily grab bubble tea, find restaurants, and do your shopping all in one place, no need to go far for food.

Walking distance to MixC mall at East Station, this is a brand new Atour hotel with super soundproofed rooms and amazing 'Deep Sleep' bedding. They have self-service laundry and a well-equipped meeting room. It's the top choice if you need to catch a high-speed train or are on a business trip!

The Atour hotel is well-located, quite close to the East Station, making it convenient for getting around. Compared to other hotels, the room design is more stylish, but the hygiene needs improvement. Because it rained continuously, the bedding felt a bit damp, but the overall check-in experience was still good. The staff were all very attentive, patient, and thoughtful.

The hotel environment was quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were great. This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located for dining and shopping. The room was impeccably clean, the bed was soft and I slept very soundly, and the soundproofing was excellent, so it wasn't noisy at all. The front desk staff were attentive, handled check-in/check-out efficiently, and patiently answered all my questions. Overall, it offers great value for money. This will be my first choice for accommodation when traveling – highly recommend it to everyone!

This new Atour hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The entire building is freshly renovated, and the design details are exquisite. I experienced their new Deep Sleep series, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The room thoughtfully separates the sleeping area from the washroom, which I absolutely loved since I don't like seeing the bed right when I walk in. The summer tea in the lobby was refreshing and delicious, and the soft furnishings felt luxurious and high-quality. It's right next to the East Station, making travel super convenient. This is my top choice for high-quality accommodation for business trips or leisure travel. Highly recommend!

The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the late-night congee service and front desk staff were all incredibly thoughtful. The location is superb, within walking distance to the East Station and MixC mall, making it incredibly convenient for business trips, catching high-speed trains, or sightseeing. There's absolutely nothing to fault, whether it's the quality of the facilities, the cleanliness of the environment, or the human touch of the service. If you're staying near Hangzhou East Station, this new hotel is definitely the top choice. I'll definitely be back here on my next trips to and from Hangzhou!

My stay was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were very kind and processed my check-in quickly, even offering a warm tea upon arrival. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and pleasant to the skin, and the soundproofing was excellent. It made for a very restful business trip. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Hangzhou.
