Su Hotel(Hangzhou HouChaoMen Station Branch)

The hotel is super close to the subway station, right downstairs, which makes getting around incredibly convenient and quick. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was very warm and attentive!

The front desk service was excellent, and they provided a full set of disposable toiletries. Food delivery is super convenient. There's a supermarket, pharmacy, and bubble tea shop downstairs. It's also very close to the subway, making commuting a breeze. Highly recommend this place!

What more can you expect for 140 [currency unit]? But it was so noisy that I was woken up even while sleeping. In the mornings, around 6 or 7 AM, there were kids running and shouting, and all sorts of noises from people leaving, forcing me to wear headphones just to get some sleep. Plus, the pillows were yellowing.

The location is fantastic, right outside the subway exit. Seriously, it's practically on top of it. I'd seen reviews and was mentally prepared for the conditions, considering the price. Poor soundproofing, a small room, and an unpleasant odor are all to be expected. For a short stay of just a few hours, it's perfectly fine.

The room was clean and the price was reasonable, making it a great budget hotel. I was very satisfied. The bottled water was complimentary, and the front desk staff were very friendly and even offered temporary luggage storage on the day of departure.

For its price point, this hotel is excellent compared to similar options. It's close to the subway, and you can get more water if you run out. The front desk staff were also incredibly kind. Overall, a great experience.

The Hou Chaomen subway station is conveniently located, making it easy to get around by bus or subway. The room was a bit small but well-equipped. I wasn't used to the bathroom not having a door. For a tourist city like Hangzhou, the price is acceptable.
