A very nice hotel with a welcoming front desk. They even have robots delivering meals! Despite being next to the road, it was quiet enough to sleep soundly at night. I was traveling with two kids and they kindly upgraded us to a larger bed. Overall, highly recommended.

Breakfast is from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM tomorrow, located by turning left from the lobby on the first floor. The laundry room is on the 4th floor, the second door on your right after exiting the elevator. There's a washing machine on the bottom and a dryer on top, both available for self-service use. The room was clean and well-equipped. The location is excellent, right across Nanshan Road from West Lake, and the 'Orioles Singing in the Willows' scenic spot is just a five-minute walk away. Bus 1314 is conveniently located right outside, making it very easy to get to Jingci Temple, Leifeng Pagoda, and the Lingyin Scenic Area. It's also only about a ten-minute walk to Hefang Street Pedestrian Street. The robot is adorable and even says, "Wish you the happiest in the universe" when delivering food. I've stayed here multiple times when visiting Hangzhou. There's also a stunning mural on a small road behind the hotel, possibly the work of a talented art student.

This was my first stay at the Crystal Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with the Premium King Room. The entire room was very spacious, featuring a separate toilet and sink, a separate bathtub and shower, and even a sofa with an antique lamp perfect for reading. The biggest surprise was the small balcony; opening the door, the crisp, refreshing Hangzhou air of early winter enveloped me. At night, from the balcony, you could see scattered stars in the sky, and below, the quiet street and trees. Just across a road and about one or two kilometers away was West Lake, very close indeed. The service attitude was excellent; any suggestions I made were met with thoughtful responses. I'd love to stay here again on my next visit.
