房間很乾凈，哪怕角落裡麪都乾淨，很寬敞。裝修風格歐式，而且價格週末和工作日相差不大，很良心，有些酒店週末的價格標的非常高。下次還會住。

酒店環境和服務沒的説，房間隔音很好特別安靜地理位置也很方便。早餐的話種類相對來説偏少了點。

酒店位於宋城對面，環境優美，鬧中取靜。
很經典的歐式裝修風格，低調奢華。
服務人員態度都很好，前台唐雯慧，早餐廳的一個小哥，中餐廳的小姐姐。
可惜相機出了問題，否則有更多照片了。

酒店的位置非常好，靠近宋城北門，過馬路去梅靈路茶園也非常近。梅靈這邊簡直天然氧吧，再遠一點是雲棲竹徑。房價的話反正這個季節西湖周邊都不便宜，這家還是性價比挺好的。
買的套餐帶了宋城千古情的兩張門票，還可以騎行山地車，都很棒。杭州的幾個秀都看過，《印象西湖/最憶是杭州》、《太陽馬戲》，比較而言千古情最精彩。
酒店本身似乎是邊上這個樓盤的配套設施。酒店本身其實比較小，房間是寬敞的，該有的也都有，早餐比較簡單。酒店的服務方面，前台跟客房人員的銜接還可以改善些。
對前台的範婷小姐姐印象非常好，特別認真、很專業。好評～
