Hangzhou Hua Jia Shan Resort

Service: In this day and age, such service truly deserves praise. From the doorman to the shuttle drivers and the concierge, everyone was incredibly thoughtful. The concierge booked a car for us, but due to a continuous downpour in Hangzhou, the driver was very accommodating, constantly adjusting our itinerary. He even helped us book and recommended new museums suitable for rainy weather. Thank you! Even late at night, the shuttle driver was on standby. Out of habit, I tried to tip the driver a little, but he absolutely refused to take it. Environment: Quiet, comfortable, surrounded by dense forest. Birds even came to play on the balcony. The oxygen saturation was over 100%. Even in heavy rain, just sitting on the balcony, staring into space and listening to the white noise was wonderful. Facilities: The Chinese restaurant breakfast, though not exceptionally varied, offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options, with everything prepared thoughtfully. The afternoon tea, a complimentary perk for extended stays, was also not a mere formality. The sweetness of the desserts perfectly aligned with current health trends – very low sugar, visually appealing, and healthy. Ordering food even came with complimentary mini zongzi (rice dumplings), which were just the right size. Hygiene: The room was simple and clean. The executive room we booked even came with a walk-in closet. The high ceilings, spaciousness, and color scheme were all very comfortable. Although the hotel has some history, it possesses a charming character. It was even better than the pictures suggested before booking. Facilities (additional): There's an entertainment center. The hotel also has bicycle rental points directly on-site where you can scan a QR code to rent a bike. The hotel is very close to the zoo and other attractions. There are many Zhejiang cuisine restaurants nearby, such as 'Zheli' and 'Ru Jiangnan'. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou.

The location is excellent, right by West Lake. It's a short walk to attractions like Su Causeway and Viewing Fish at Flower Pond. The front desk service was great; they even upgraded my room. Breakfast was abundant, with both Western and Chinese options, plus many local Hangzhou snacks. The room was spacious and very clean. The resort itself is a small attraction, with beautiful surroundings.

The room was spotless and spacious with a lovely little balcony offering garden views. The service was prompt, and the staff, especially one of the ladies, was very kind and helpful. We were even greeted with welcome fruit and a complimentary travel photoshoot. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we'll definitely be back!

The hotel boasts fresh air and stunning views, surrounded by lush, mature trees and a variety of beautiful birds. The breakfast spread is generous, and the Chinese restaurant offers delicious dishes at reasonable prices. The tea room is elegantly decorated, making for a very pleasant tea experience. The service staff for our room, 3322 (apologies, I've forgotten their name), was incredibly diligent, meticulous, and thoughtful, even presenting us with a small gift – many thanks! The hotel's toiletries are from the international brand L'Occitane. Our building, Block 3, is even where German Chancellor Merkel once stayed. The nearby Yuhu Bay, once the private garden of a Southern Song Dynasty emperor, offers picture-perfect scenery at every turn. All eight of us raved about our stay and are already planning to return. This truly is a hidden gem of a hotel.

I highly recommend Huajia Mountain Villa! It's a hidden gem of a garden-style hotel nestled beside West Lake's Yanggong Causeway, truly a city oasis. The entire villa is surrounded by lush greenery and boasts serene lake views, with an abundance of negative ions. It's incredibly healing to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are elegantly Chinese-style, clean, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. The staff provides attentive and polite service, and the golf cart shuttle is very convenient. For breakfast, you can enjoy authentic Hangzhou local snacks, and the Pian'er Chuan noodles are absolutely delicious. It's within walking distance of Yuhugu Bay and Wugu Tan, making it super easy to explore West Lake. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou!

The environment is peaceful and quiet. Just 300 meters from the hotel, you'll find the most exquisite and serene spots of West Lake: Turtle Pool and Bathtub Bay. Flower Harbor Viewing Fish is only 1000 meters away, making the location absolutely superb. The hotel features a Chinese restaurant and a coffee shop, and the large green lawn is perfect for unwinding. The room was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent. I'd likely choose to stay here again next time.
