Very close to West Lake, and Wulin Square is right downstairs, making dining and shopping super convenient. The metro station is also very nearby. The front desk staff were polite and greeted us warmly, and the cleaning lady on the 6th floor was also excellent!

The service was great, and the hotel's location was excellent. It's close to the West Lake scenic area, making it convenient to get around. In the evenings, Wulin Night Market is right outside, with plenty of good food and fun. I've attached a few photos of the night market.

The room was very clean and quiet. Wulin Night Market is right downstairs, and West Lake is also very close. There are bicycle and electric scooter rentals behind the building. The front desk lady was very friendly and patiently answered all our questions. There's also a laundry room available anytime to wash clothes.

The service is good. Location right infront of the night market which was super convenient. As there is a coffee tea table but only one chair provided, this is super inconvenience. Wish hotel can be considerate in providing 2 chairs, so 2 of us can sit infront of the tea table to drink the tea together.
