The EV charger was out of order because the charging company went out of business. When I called the front desk, they said they had no idea where else I could charge, and they didn't inform guests about this beforehand. Also, there was no clear information when booking about the difference between the South and North buildings. I even found a previous guest's forgotten pants in the room. To top it off, the TV's internet connection was broken. This resort really fell short of expectations.

The room was spacious and very clean. It's super convenient for visiting the Nine Creeks and Eighteen Gullies. Just a heads up, the road leading to the hotel is quite narrow.

The room was comfortable, and the service was patient and helpful. I loved the lush green surroundings. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection wasn't very diverse.

The room facilities were pretty standard, and it's clearly aimed at families, but they didn't even provide shampoo or shower gel for kids. Breakfast was just average too, not much variety. For a five-diamond hotel, I'd give it a 7 out of 10.

The bed was perfectly comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. There were quite a few mosquitoes, but that's to be expected in the mountains. The front desk service was excellent. When I checked in, Serena noticed I was tired and proactively recommended an upgraded room, personally showing me the way. It turned out to be a much better fit than what I had originally booked, and she even remembered my name throughout my stay. This kind of personalized, thoughtful service is truly heartwarming. Dinner à la carte starts at 5 PM, and you can reserve a table. The West Lake Longjing Shrimp and West Lake Vinegar Fish (made with mandarin fish) were very fresh and delicious. **Service:** Housekeeping refreshes the room daily, from fruit and water to the three-piece toiletries set, and tidies the bed. Everything is clean and refreshing – very good.

The facilities are comprehensive and well-kept, operating smoothly and conveniently, ensuring maximum comfort. After breakfast, I took a stroll around Jiuxi, and it was absolutely beautiful with hardly any crowds – an amazing experience! Breakfast was good too, with decent quality. Highly recommend!

The hotel itself is nestled within the Jiuxi Scenic Area, giving it an undeniable advantage – it's tranquil and beautiful. The long downhill path leading from the hotel to the scenic area is particularly lovely, with very few people around, making it incredibly pleasant. I'd read some reviews mentioning the hotel's age, but both the facilities and service are top-notch. Even the staff welcoming guests at the entrance were incredibly warm and friendly. The rooms are spacious, and the balcony is a real treat. More importantly, the hotel's pool and gym aren't just for show; they're genuinely well-maintained and perfectly usable. The lobby offers mountain bike rentals, and outside the lobby, there are shared electric scooters available, adding another fun activity to enjoy. Outdoors, there's also the mini zoo that everyone raves about, and a dedicated children's play area, which is fantastic. The hotel breakfast is actually excellent! There's a wide variety of dishes, and the children's dining area even thoughtfully provides kids' cutlery and decorations, which is adorable. Overall, it's definitely a super five-star experience! I hope to come back again when the maple leaves turn red.

The hotel is located right inside the scenic area, with trees right outside the window, offering fresh air and a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Time truly slows down here. A 10-minute walk from the hotel brings you to the Qiantang River. Starting the day with a bike ride along the Qiantang River to Zhejiang University is incredibly pleasant. It's truly a delightful place to live.

Even during the May Day holiday, it wasn't overly crowded, providing a welcome escape from the throngs of tourists outside. The back hill, in particular, was incredibly quiet and comfortable, and you could easily find spots to play in the water just a short walk away. The downside is its location within the scenic area, which makes transportation a bit inconvenient. On our first day, the traffic was so bad that our driver couldn't even get in, leaving us to drag our luggage uphill for about a kilometer. Getting a taxi when heading out can also be tricky, though I imagine this isn't an issue during the off-season. However, the hotel does offer bicycle and e-scooter rentals, which would make getting around very pleasant. Regarding facilities, they are genuinely a bit outdated. The charging outlets were old, the hairdryer was the most basic type, and the toilet wasn't smart, among other things. If these details are important to you, you might want to reconsider. There's only one restaurant, but the food was quite refined and tasted good. Eating out nearby wasn't a problem either, with several options available. All in all, it was an enjoyable trip.
