I’m glad that I stayed here for my Hangzhou trip. Hotel was nice, clean, and had a good location. Staff is also really nice. I am happy to meet them. West Lake is an amazing place.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Right downstairs, you're on Southern Song Imperial Street, a short walk takes you to Hefang Street, and a bit further leads straight to West Lake. For such a prime location, the hotel surprisingly offers free parking, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. The breakfast was good, especially the noodles and wontons. The family room offers a choice of a tent or a slide, and while the room size isn't huge, the layout is comfortable, with great natural light and ventilation. Opening the window offers a beautiful view. The front desk staff were excellent – warm, attentive, and very helpful. Thumbs up!

One adult and one child, and the size of the king room was just right. The hotel's location at one end of Southern Song Imperial Street is very convenient for shopping. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and the price was reasonable.

Great location, right on Southern Song Imperial Street, close to the subway, and very convenient for visiting West Lake. The hotel offers free coffee, so you can always grab a hot cup. The staff were very enthusiastic, though the hairdryer wasn't very good.
