Simon was exceptional! Brought us around in a boat helped us take stunning photos and was just in every way possible made our stay superb! Would highly recommend a stay here. Worth every penny. Very therapeutic and authentic Chinese experience (and given it’s the only 1 of 1 resort with a private lake and 40000sqm of space) it’s definitely worth an experience.

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. The hotel is great is a must to go if you want a place to relax in Hangzhou, a recommendation in regards of the service is that maybe waitresses don't need to be so pushy when you are ordering at the restaurant and the minibar can have a bottle of wine or some beers, aside from that the hotel is great!!

poor toilet design. the toilet has bad ventilation and the drainage can be easily blocked. the shower door and floor is also poorly finished and water will easily overflow to outside.

I go to Hangzhou every year, and this hotel is the one I am most satisfied with. I originally booked for only one day and immediately extended it for another night. This hotel is really pet-friendly, and the service is really good in every aspect, including helping with luggage, hotel introduction, meals, etc. However, I would like to remind you that if you bring a pet with you, it is best not to use a stroller. The hotel has many small roads, small bridges, crossroads, etc. The scenery is very beautiful, but it is very inconvenient to push a stroller. The waiter will help at any time~ The photo taking service provided by the hotel is also very good because the scenery taken by the hotel is really beautiful. The floor heating in the room is very comfortable, and the large bathtub is also equipped with a disposable cover, which is very thoughtful. I will continue to come next year!

What we saw was really amazing as the last stop of our trip to Hangzhou. The hotel benefits from the unique natural environment of Xixi Wetland and the careful pruning and maintenance by the hotel gardeners. Thanks to the housekeepers Xiao Zhang and Xiao Lin for taking us to visit and recommend nearby attractions and food, which really made us experience the full system service of the resort hotel. Thanks to Master Li for every pick-up in the scenic area. There are so many tourists in the scenic area on weekends that it is difficult to drive. Master Li patiently introduced us to the scenery along the way. Every employee of the hotel is full of smiles on their faces, just like the warm and healing sunshine in Hangzhou in autumn. Every place, every person, and every building in the hotel can feel the care of the managers. Thanks to every staff member, we have found a unique paradise in Hangzhou, and look forward to seeing the snow again in winter.

This is my second time to see Xixi. You will have different views and experiences when you come at different times. This time I found that all the service staff have changed into Chinese work clothes. The windows in the room and the balcony leading to the outside have added a layer of screens. The overall feeling of the room is much cleaner than the last time. However, due to the large area of ​​the room and mostly solid wood furniture, the cleaning and maintenance costs should be very high. Some details are difficult to be perfect. The breakfast Pianerchuan is as delicious as always. The dishes in the buffet are also very good, but the single-order pastries are not so good. It is recommended to change them. In addition, I would like to thank the big boy from Northeast China, Kris, for answering my questions enthusiastically and patiently since I booked the room, and then took me and my family to visit the room in advance to choose the appropriate room type, and carefully arranged mosquito repellent for the room. This time I really didn’t get bitten by mosquitoes at all. I suggest that if you have any questions or uncertainties, you can directly call the hotel front desk.

The little brother solved many problems from helping to get things to traveling, which is better than a five-star hotel. The little sister was also very kind and patient to help me arrange the itinerary. The service was really attentive and a great hotel. It is better than many hotels with better prices. Environment: Very clean, I like the feeling of being close to nature. It will be very relaxing. The food is also very good and unique. The time period is also very friendly. It doesn't require people to get up early, haha. I will stay here when I come to Hangzhou in the future.

It is really a hotel that is difficult to review. It has an excellent location, exquisite garden design, and antique architecture. When you step into the hotel located in the core area from the noisy Xixi Scenic Area, you will be amazed by the beautiful scenery and quiet environment in a second. The service is also warm and thoughtful. Every employee is very kind and responsive, especially the hotel's housekeeper, who is the most considerate and humane housekeeper I have ever seen in China. However, the hotel's hardware flaws cannot be concealed. For example, the sliding door of the bathroom is very heavy, and once closed, it cannot be opened from the inside; the cover of the hair dryer socket above the washbasin is about to fall off, which poses a safety hazard; the automatic cover of the Washlet only opens halfway and then closes again each time, and it can only be opened manually. If too much paper is thrown, it is easy to get blocked; the most unbearable thing is that the shower water pressure is very low. With such a low water pressure, you can't use a rainforest shower at all. You can only use a handheld shower head, but the angle of the handheld shower head cannot be adjusted. In short, if you want to take photos, I recommend staying at this hotel. The photos taken are really beautiful and very Jiangnan-style. It may be the most artistic hotel in Xixi. It is different from the modern Mushou Xixi and the luxurious Banyan Tree. If you have high requirements for hardware, especially bathing comfort, you should avoid it.

I really like the environment of the hotel. There are cute kittens in the yard. Every employee in the hotel is very good and polite. I would like to thank Kris and Liu Bingcheng for their service. It's a pity that I didn't enjoy the scenery of the hotel when it rained this time. I look forward to coming back next time.

After a leisure trip to Yangcheng Lake, the old couple came to Hangzhou Xixi Wetland and stayed at Hangzhou Zhizhi·Xixi Resort Hotel. This place is hidden deep in the lake and woods, with winding paths and ancient winds. The environment is beautiful and the air is fresh, making people feel refreshed. The facilities in the room are very complete and the bedding is very neat and clean. Especially the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. I feel very satisfied. Less than ten minutes walk from the hotel entrance is the food street, where there are a variety of gourmet restaurants to choose from. Of course, the food in the hotel is also very authentic and tastes good, but it is a bit expensive. I stayed here for three nights. Unfortunately, there was a typhoon and it kept raining, so I could only stay in the room in a daze. Try to come again next year!

The hotel is inside Xixi Park, with its own parking lot. The security guard is warm and thoughtful. Full marks; the front desk check-in and check-out are very fast, and they help with luggage. There is a butler service. The butler is humorous, meticulous, cheerful and down-to-earth. He took us to introduce various places in the hotel very well, answered questions very promptly, and delivered what we needed to the room very quickly. I was satisfied; the hotel has beautiful scenery and many small animals. Children who love nature like it very much. She said she will come again in the future. There are two types of breakfast in the hotel, order in advance and buffet. The order in advance is more delicious and the portion is quite large. Later, we each had a staple food and snacks, which was enough; the only half point was deducted for the restaurant service. There is still room for improvement. On the last day, we waited for half an hour but the ordered breakfast was not served, and the bill forgot to send to the kitchen. Although the child was exempted from breakfast fee once later, it affected the mood. I hope it can be improved
