Qiyue Song Heritage Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Hubei Intime Store)

The hotel room was clean and tidy, and it's super close to West Lake, just a five-minute walk. There's a mall right downstairs, making shopping really convenient. The room I booked was perfect for couples, and it's easy to get anywhere from here. Great stay, I'll definitely come back next time.

Traveling with family, our stay at the Qiyue West Lake Song Yin Hotel was excellent. The location is superb, very close to West Lake. We could walk to the lake, which was perfect for traveling with seniors, children, and foreign friends, as we didn't have to endure long journeys. When we were tired, we could easily return to the hotel to rest. The Hubin business district downstairs offers a wide variety of dining options, both Chinese and Western, catering to different dietary preferences. The staff were friendly to our foreign guests, and communication in simple English was smooth. The hotel's Song-dynasty inspired Chinese style is very distinctive and was much appreciated by our foreign friends. The rooms are spacious and clean, ideal for family stays. It's also close to the subway, making it convenient to travel to various attractions. It saved us time and effort whether we were enjoying the night scenery or visiting popular sites. Highly recommended for family trips, especially when hosting international guests.

This hotel near West Lake offers great value for money. The only issue with our room was that water would flow into the bathroom after showering, which might be a design flaw or an uneven floor. Everything else, including the service and breakfast, was excellent!

The location is super convenient; it's right across from in77c2 Exit and near Longxiangqiao subway station. There's a security guard at the entrance, and food deliveries are brought up by a robot. The front desk service is excellent, and you can store your luggage there.

Traveling solo in Hangzhou, the location of the Qiyue Xihu Songyin Hotel was an absolute highlight. It's incredibly close to West Lake, allowing me to wander by the lakeside on foot. Catching the sunrise or enjoying the night views was super convenient, no need to bother with taxis. Downstairs, the Hubin business district has everything you need for dining and souvenir shopping. Plus, it's near a subway station, making it easy and stress-free to get to various attractions when traveling alone. The hotel itself has an elegant Song dynasty charm, and the room was clean, tidy, and wonderfully quiet – perfect for a solo traveler feeling safe and secure. After a day of sightseeing, I could rest peacefully, and it was so handy for going out to eat or coming back to relax. It really let me spend more time enjoying the scenery and less time commuting. For anyone traveling alone to Hangzhou, this is an excellent choice.

The room facilities are complete, and the location is very convenient. Longxiangqiao subway station is very close to the hotel. Turn right when you exit, and you'll find Hubin Yintai, which is lively and bustling. Highly recommended.
