Hefang hotel(Hangzhou West Lake lakeside store)

I had a great experience staying here last time, so I came back again! This time I only stayed one night. The front desk staff was super friendly, and the environment was just as good as I remembered. But I forgot to take pictures of the room again… I only managed to snap one when I first arrived, lying down and complaining to my friend because I was so tired. I even caught the delivery robot rolling away because I didn't open the door fast enough for my takeout, haha! I've also included a few photos I took while traveling in Hangzhou. The room was spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff also had excellent service attitudes.

To be honest, this hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are clean and tidy, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the Lakeside Business District. Walk a little further and you're at West Lake, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, yet it's exceptionally quiet at night. It's worth mentioning that the bar staff, both the guys and girls, are generous and enthusiastic, providing thoughtful service that makes you feel right at home. You can really feel that the owner runs this hotel with great care and passion. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

The hotel's location is super convenient and the service is excellent – definitely not a paid review! They even offer free drinks. Every query was handled with such care and thoughtfulness, and they always greeted us when we went downstairs. Even though we only stayed one night, the experience was truly superb!

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to Longxiang Bridge subway station, and just a few minutes' walk to West Lake Lakeside and the musical fountain. Getting to Lingyin Temple and exploring West Lake is incredibly convenient. It was a huge relief to choose this place for a trip with my parents. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the giant projector was a great experience. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, the front desk service was excellent, and luggage storage was very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Hangzhou!

The location is fantastic, only a 5-minute walk to West Lake and a 2-minute walk to Intime in77. The staff are warm, patient, attentive, and polite. They offer complimentary drinks, coffee, bottled water, popsicles, and popcorn, which the kids absolutely loved. There's also free laundry and drying services. Apart from the slightly cramped room, everything else was perfect. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends visiting Hangzhou.

The hotel front desk service was excellent; they were always ready to help. The location is also great, right behind Intime City, and not far from West Lake on foot. Another unique feature of the hotel is the unlimited supply of popcorn, coffee, ice cream, and drinks. The only minor drawback is that the lobby and rooms are a bit small, but everything else was practically impeccable.

The room was spotless, and they offered unlimited complimentary popcorn, snacks, and bottled water. The large screen was great for watching movies. The hotel environment was also lovely, and I really enjoyed my stay. Plus, it's super close to the commercial district – right next door – making shopping and getting around by subway very convenient.
