It was pretty good: the service was excellent, the room amenities were clean, the breakfast selection was decent, and the hallway carpet was thick and nice, making it quiet! The surrounding environment was also quiet, and the transportation was convenient; there were fruit shops and wonton shops just a few steps downstairs. However, the lobby was a bit small, and the rooms weren't very big either. The sink was located at the room entrance, which wasn't ideal for roommates who woke up late. There was no bathtub, but the bathroom had hooks, which, although there was only one, made me feel that they were considerate! Overall, it was okay, just a bit pricey!!

This is the go-to hotel when SANDY comes to Hangzhou for a concert. They offer complimentary eye masks and mosquito repellent upon check-in, and a souvenir gift upon check-out. They truly go above and beyond! The coffee shop next door is pretty good too.
