服務：因為深夜才抵達杭州，平日對聲音比較敏感很容易醒，所以試着提早和酒店溝通，看看能否預留安靜和遠離電梯的房間，酒店回覆儘量安排，最後入住的時候安排了角落的房間，完全不怕被打擾，也沒什麼聲音，很滿意！在辦理入住的時候，工作人員也會詢問方便打掃客房的時間以及要留意的事情，很貼心～ 設施：可用智能語音控制房間設備。房間有很多衣架提供，廁所也有牆掛鈎掛衣服。房間有小冰箱，mini bar裏面有茶飲和可樂，瞭解過都是免費的，第二天阿姨幫忙打掃的時候還貼心的幫忙補充，加分。風筒是萊芬的，吹乾頭髮很快。電視可以投屏，但iPad投屏總容易掉線，還有經常被其他人投屏到自己的房間被迫下線尷尬（真到很無語😅），這邊建議酒店之後可以查查看是什麼情況。另外，想特別誇一下酒店的插座設計，所有位置都很貼心，洗手枱旁邊就有插頭，能坐在床上吹頭髮不用站着。床頭有USB-和Type-C口，長度也是剛剛好。 衞生：房間乾淨整潔，無異味，廁所乾濕分離。 環境：房間空間舒適，很少聽到噪音，房間之間的隔音空間還不錯。周圍環境很好，不吵不鬧，晚上也很安靜。樓下是銀泰百貨，叫外賣也很方便，送到樓上前台再由機器人送到房間（高峯期可能需要等等，過了15分鐘要是還沒送到，建議可以聯絡前台問問看）。 交通：離地鐵站有點遠，最近的地鐵站“1號線 濱和路”要走大概15分鐘的步程距離才到，但去不遠的地方也算快捷方便，要是打車出行高峯期建議提早叫車比較穩妥。（如果去大蓮花看演唱會，地鐵出行大概半小時左右的路程就到場館了，散場回來大概1小時左右，還算蠻快的。） 第一次住亞朵酒店，體驗感很好。平日習慣睡比較硬的床墊，所以出門在外住酒店能睡到舒服的床很不容易。很意外亞朵的床墊很好躺，一覺睡到第二天起床也不會腰痠背痛，枕頭的高度也很剛剛好，睡一個就夠，床品很舒服。其次就是“亞朵錦囊服務”，肩頸貼和蒸汽眼罩温温熱熱，幫助放鬆給睡眠加分。還想試試沐足套裝，可惜門店沒貨了，希望下次有機會再試試。 整體體驗感好，從入住到退房服務態度好，工作人員有耐心，會細心瞭解住客的需求，離店時還送了小禮物，期待下次再入住亞朵酒店。

Service: All the staff are very warm and friendly, and they are very proactive in caring. Even the chef who fries eggs in the restaurant in the morning is very enthusiastic. I am really satisfied. When I see the housekeeper busy cleaning in the morning, he will greet me and say good morning. When my family was checking the room, they found that there was a problem with the air conditioner in one of the rooms. Service manager Cao Huanglian immediately helped me to solve it. By the evening, the air conditioner still did not work, so she immediately asked someone to check it, and finally the problem was quickly solved. The point is not her way of handling things, but her proactive and caring attitude, which makes everyone feel friendly.
