When I got to the room, I found the bedding to be so soft, like lying on a cloud by West Lake. Even the vanity was sparkling clean – my OCD was completely satisfied! After a tiring day of shopping at Sijiqing, I wanted a hot drink when I got back to the hotel. The room attendant instantly brought it up and discreetly slipped in two osmanthus candies, saying they'd give the hot drink more of a Hangzhou flavor. How thoughtful! At check-out, I forgot a skirt I bought, and a staff member rushed out to catch me, looking adorably out of breath. Value for money is absolutely legendary! Next time I come to Sijiqing for a shopping spree, I'm definitely staying at this Hampton again. Bookmarking this place forever!

The hotel's location is superb, with plenty of great food and shopping options nearby. It's clean and comfortable, the service attitude is excellent, and the owner is very nice. The room was neat and tidy, and offered fantastic value for money. It even had a projector, a smart toilet, and a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant, which were all very convenient. My stay was great, and I'll definitely be back next time!
