When I arrived at the hotel, the service was very warm and thoughtful. It is very close to the West Lake, where you can also take a boat trip. The room is large and the environment is very good. The breakfast is also good. The nearest Drum Tower is also convenient for checking in, and the transportation is also very convenient.

I've stayed a few times at this hotel. The location is very convenient, the rooms are equipped with necessary stuff. This time, however, there was a very strong smell from the drainage in the bathroom, it stank the whole time even with the fan turned on. Another unpleasant surprise was the breakfast - by the time I reached the dining room, there was no food, only one lady worked at the counter serving noodles, eggs and fruits with the constant queue waiting. The other lady barely had time to clean up the tables, occasionally refilling the empty food stall. The hotel apparently was well booked.

Choosing this hotel for our family trip was such a smart decision! The room was bright and spacious, with excellent soundproofing, making it incredibly quiet at night. There's a supermarket and restaurants right downstairs, which is very convenient. The biggest surprise was the free parking, which was a huge plus for us since we were driving. The service was thoughtful and attentive; they even proactively helped with our luggage. A perfect experience!

The location is excellent, very close to the East Railway Station. Walking into the lobby, I immediately got a sense of old-school luxury. During check-in, I mentioned that the station was hard to find, and the front desk lady immediately and enthusiastically told me the best route to the East Station. Yesterday, after visiting Lingyin Temple, I was feeling unwell from the heat. That evening, they promptly sent up a platter of fresh, cut fruit, which was exactly what I needed to cool down. They even noticed I had finished the complimentary water in the room and proactively offered to bring up two more bottles. Such thoughtful gestures truly made me feel well-cared for during my trip!
