Yuanzheng Properties in Hangzhou

I came here during the Spring Festival and brought my kids. I found that all the breakfast shops around were closed. The shop owner was warm and gave me breakfast coupons, which was very good. The house has a cultural atmosphere. There is even an Oxford dictionary. The most exciting thing is that they also prepared a pencil case. It is worthy of being a hotel opened by a 985 university, hehe. There is also Longjing tea in the room, which is good.

I booked this hotel when I sent my child to Zhejiang University. The environment is really good. The atmosphere of campus culture is very strong. The breakfast is also delicious, with fried eggs and freshly cooked noodles. The room is quite refreshing. Although it has been open for a long time, the hygiene is still very good. I must leave a footprint.

The staff was very helpful, we were offered water everyday and our room was cleaned consistently, the bathroom was very nice and the television worked well, lots of space to put your luggage and belongings. Negatives were that there was no fridge and there was a constant bad smell (like diapers) coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Even with the windows open the smell still stayed and welcomed us when we came back to our room. The price a night was good, would recommend if you want to stay in this area of Hangzhou.

The sanitation and environment are good, but the sound insulation is average. You can clearly hear the voices in the corridor and outside the window in the room. The hotel is next to the Huachi Campus of Zhejiang University, so the scenery is not bad.
