Yuanzheng Hotels in Hangzhou

The customer service attitude is very good, the hotel environment is very good, very sanitary, and very comfortable to live in. It is only about 15 minutes away from the West Lake Scenic Area. There are provincial government and Zhejiang University nearby. I will stay here next time.

The front desk was very welcoming, the security uncle was conscientious, and although the hotel facilities were a bit old, the location was good, the bus stop was right next to it, and it was not far from the West Lake Scenic Area. In short, I was not disappointed when I chose this hotel during my May Day visit to Hangzhou.

The hotel is right by Zhejiang University, making it super convenient to access the campus. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained and extremely clean. It exceeded my expectations – I was really satisfied. The pillows were very comfortable, the room was spacious, and there was a great selection for breakfast.

The staff was very helpful, we were offered water everyday and our room was cleaned consistently, the bathroom was very nice and the television worked well, lots of space to put your luggage and belongings. Negatives were that there was no fridge and there was a constant bad smell (like diapers) coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Even with the windows open the smell still stayed and welcomed us when we came back to our room. The price a night was good, would recommend if you want to stay in this area of Hangzhou.
