Near Stockholm in a wonderful location in the center of the city, overlooking a beautiful lake. The entire reception staff deserves all the praise. Thank you Caroline. Also, the staff working in the hotel bar deserve all the praise, always smiling and quick with service. Lobby in the hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious, clean, bathrooms too, towels, shampoo, bath, hair dryer. In the room you have an ironing board and an iron. The temperature in the room can be regulated in the room itself. Breakfast, a wide variety of savory and sweet, a large selection of various pastries, spreads, savory, sweet, pancakes, several types of coffee, juice,...really all praise for a beautiful breakfast. coffee and tea always available during your stay at the hotel. You can use the sauna in the hotel, please contact the reception desk 20 minutes before. Towels available in the sauna. Parking is across the street from the hotel. A walk around the lake will do you good, a little exercise in nature in the fresh air. I will gladly be a guest again and recommend this hotel. Thanks to the entire staff for making me feel like I'm at home.

Had the good fortune of spending the weekend in one of the hotel’s top floor suites (adjacent to the conference facility on the 11th floor). Full disclosure - I had pretty low expectations coming in due to an unfortunate previous stay at this hotel, but that changed completely the moment I stepped inside the suite. It was spacious, comfortable and luxurious with enormous floor-to-ceiling windows and a HUGE terrace facing the city and Globen. The HVAC system was the best I've experienced in a Swedish hotel (a far cry from the regular Nordic systems that keep you freezing in the winter and sweating in the summer), the water pressure amazing and the finishes stylish. That said, if I were to nitpick, it wasn’t perfect - outlets were almost non-existent, a couple of spotlights were out-of-order, there was no shower gel in the shower, the TV was too small for a room of this size and there was no privacy shade for the giant window between the master bath and the bedroom. The housekeeping staff had generally done a very thorough job, with the exception of a part of the terrace that contained a half-eaten orange from a previous guest. These minor issues did, however, not detract from the overall experience and this suite easily ranked amongst the best Swedish hotel suites I’ve stayed in. The hotel has an excellent location, friendly staff and reasonable pricing, easily earning them a full five stars for this stay. I can’t wait to come back to the same suite :)

First time in years I've gotten a reasonably priced single room! Lovely sea view, excellent food, and extremely relaxing, especially combined with the salt water baths a few minutes walk away. Excellent unobtrusive service at breakfast and dinner. The hotel itself is comfortable and quite lovely, but could do with a bit of a touch up. However, please don't change the perfect service! Easy to get to by public transport - even the train was like an Enid Blython seaside trip!

The hotel is OK, travel, cooking, shopping is convenient, it is good to bring children together, it is a little far from the city center, but the train is just down the train to the train station in a few minutes downstairs, there are also many trains to the city center. Or recommend staying,
