Alpine Lodge Motel

Bed was very uncomfortable and hard. And room was very noisy. I could here the people in the room next to mine snore all night. Location was great as the pools were right across the road and easy walking to restaurants and bars

Super helpful hosts, cosy chalet with all the facilities we needed and great location in the center of Hanmer Springs right across the road from the hot pools and spa. Free, covered parking right outside our door and all on one level was handy for my hubby who was on crutches during our stay. Nice little terrace at the back of our room.

It was too hot. No air conditioner. Couldn't leave the door open all night to let air in and the bathroom window opened up too far to leave open. Terrible night.

Our family had a great stay ❤️ walking distance to the pools and uptown was perfect ! Will definitely be back thank you

Booked this place because our usual normal place was booked out so maybe we might change. Very friendly operators, room was very clean and tidy and had good access and a large car park. Towels provided for the pools was a bonus. Walk to all village amenities was great. Highly recommend.

Great to stay in a classic Fraemohs ‘log cabin’. Very cosy atmosphere. There was off street parking amounting to two parks per suite. It is very centrally located in the heart of the village with plenty of good restaurants and bars almost adjacent and across the road are the hot springs.

We recently stayed with you in a one bedroom unit. While the location was great and the room was suitable for us there were things that you need to correct. !. we had no tea towel so could not dry the dishes 2.The heater in the bathroom did not work 3. the bathroom door nearly fell off as it did not have runners to hold it on the bottom 4 The light in the bedroom was not plugged in ready to use and the bed needed to be moved to find the plug 5. again the electric blankets were not plugged in ready to us and we had to search to find where to plug them in. 6. The tv did not get all the channels Unfortunately for the price we paid we expected more so will not be back and will not recommend this place to others.

Had a couple of nights here; a perfect location to explore all that Hanmer Springs has to offer. Comfortable clean rooms and beds, although the bathroom amenities were a little dated (minor detail). The welcome was super friendly and accommodative; would definitely recommend as a motel - and stay again for sure

A very comfortable stay in Hanmer Springs. Clean, comfortable and quiet, and very reasonably priced. Very central, and close to everything. Will stay here again, and highly recommend to others.
