All Seasons Holiday Park

This is one of our favorite campsites. Management are welcoming and helpful. All seasons communal areas are equipped with everything you could possibly need. I was surprised to see in the kitchen a pen and sticker labels to label your food in the communal fridge. This isn't something I have come across at other campsites. Pool is clean, heated and have extensive operating hours. 3 children loved the dinos around the park and learning the names. Bathrooms have always been so clean and tidy each time. I love the jurassic bark section of the camp. Traveling with two fur babies can be challenging and having a gated spot has made family getaways much accessible! Thank you Tracey and Kevin for your hospitality and keeping such a great campground.

Have stayed at this property a number of times either with car transporter or in a cabin and it suits either situation and is easy to access. friendly people and willing to help if needed with well maintained amenities. Cheers

Having travelled around the South and North Islands of New Zealand, we found this park to be in the top two. From the time we checked in, Sue and Kevin were most helpful. When we mentioned that we were going into Rotorua to see a show, they dropped us to the venue. Kevin completed the repairs to the electrics to the van which I had started. The pitch for the van was generous and well defined by a hedge on 3 sides. Facilities were on equal par with the other parks that we visited. Enjoyed evening walks around lake. Really nice place to stay and has a very friendly community feeling, good amenities, close to the lake and great value for money. The swimming pool is fantastic and warm, open fairly late and is covered if it is raining, open to the sun if the weather is good. Perfect pool.

I highly recommend staying here. I stayed here with my son (10 yo) as a part of our campervan circuit around the north island. The park grounds are funky and quirky and so fun with all the dinosaurs and a great and safe playground. Easy walking distance to Lake Rotorua and the beautiful shoreline there. The kitchen and common areas are clean, well working and great. Our favorite part was the heated pool. The first day, my son borrowed my expensive ($140) diving mask to play in the pool and unbeknownst to me, accidentally left it at the pool. The next morning, when I asked him where it was, he admitted to leaving it at the pool, and looking at the pool, we couldn’t find it. I was upset because he had lost such an expensive item. I told him he’d have to use his own birthday money to replace it and he was obviously so upset with himself. We asked the lovely team at the front desk if there was any lost and found and they went above and beyond helping us search the pool shed and guess what?! It was FOUND! Such a small thing, but it really made a lasting impression that the owners were so helpful and wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful and amazing stay!! Mahalo Nui Loa (thank you SO much!) from Hawaii!
