Hotels Near Kropcke-Passage in Hannover

It is not recommended to stay at this hotel. The location is opposite the railway station and the transportation is convenient. But this advantage is not enough to conceal its shortcomings: 1. Outdated facilities, the sofa springs up. 2. The design of the bathroom is flawed and water splashes everywhere. 3. Individual service staff lack courtesy.

4 stars? Not even approaching: Air conditioning makes itself independent, safe does not work. The very noisy ventilation in the bathroom, which has only one glass sliding door, runs constantly (yes, the light was shut off). Very poor reception staff. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable in the hall and in the stairs. The minibar is not available, but the lady at the bar is obviously not able to suffer her job or guests. She is very unfriendly and feels disturbed when you still visit the bar after 22:00. In the rooms, partly eagle old carpet. No water cooker in the room. view of the parking house. windows can only be curved. The hangs close badly. One plus point: beautiful hot water and a good shower head with strong radiation in the bathroom. Breakfast is OK, but not at 4 stars level. More like a pension.

Very nice hotel

The hotel itself is a good city centre hotel. If there weren't the noise. Google you the neighborhood, you could have known it before. But we couldn't imagine that the ”party miles” opened from 19Uhr in the evening to 10Uhr in the morning with an incredible volume as well as hardcore bass. Despite closed windows and Oropax, you could sing with the songs and feel the bass. Sleep was not in there. Two nights in sequence. So nothing for weekends or holidays. The problem seems to be a club directly opposite that doesn't comply with noise control rules. According to the reception, you can't do nix there, the police don't care. The breakfast is good, but if the hotel is booked, you have to wait for a table somewhat long. The only point of decline in breakfast: the coffee from the full-automate is horrible. The staff is nice and in part helpful. But to knock on the door of the room and explain you need to clean the room now, in 10 minutes it doesn't go, I think it is inappropriate. The room itself is quite small but clean. The shower separation could be a little bigger so that you do not put the bathroom under water at every shower, but otherwise everything is OK. At the previous request you will get a parking place in the parking house around the corner at a price. Not a nice path to walk at night, but the best way to park on and for itself. My conclusion: A hotel where you can't sleep at night has failed its purpose.

Uh, live on a business trip

A comfortable clean room with free tea/coffee/water and a bathroom set had a cleaning device, which turned out to be very good by the way. Good staff, delicious breakfasts. The hotel is 15 minutes' walk from the station, but is located next to the area where migrants live. The window comes out of the windows of the neighboring house, which are very close (so the windows are made of matte glass).

The hotel is small, fairly new and very clean. Central city location, yet quiet back room (but ugly backyard). Nice friendly staff. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning (I knew before), the bed in the single room was not ”queensize” as promised, but rather narrow (about 90 cm) and a LED strip on the edge of the bed did not turn off in the middle of the night (he left then after about 10 minutes on its own). Decent, good breakfast, but a bit unfriendly breakfast staff, whose Eglischkenntnisse in ”Number room” exhaust. Altogether thoroughly recommendable hotel, moreover because special rate very cheap (40 Euro / single).

The hotel is well situated in a quiet area of town and yet a short walk into the railway station, old town and new town. We have stayed in a few Mercure Hotels and this hotel has all their usual standards. The breakfast was just fabulous- a great choice and very high quality. Can really recommend
