A few incident during the stay. But the respond from the hotel is fast. Toilet cannot flush, water can’t drain but resolve almost immediately.

Pros:
1) Staff can communicate well in English and they are helpful. 5 stars for their service
2) Walking distance to Train Street
3) Some Michelin restaurants is quite near from the hotel
4) Airport transfer, day trip is available
5) A list of nice food/places was given upon check in
Cons:
1) No toiletries provided on the first night
2) Room and bedsheet is dusty on first night but room cleaner do not change it on 2nd day too until I have requested it
3) Water pressure is very slow
4) Noisy as near to morning market
5) Aircond sound is loud at night

Great value and good location - near to Train Street.
Reception was helpful and friendly. Room is spacious with 1 Queen bed & 1 single bed.
Need to improve on their breakfast - start time at 7am but the food is still not fully out and still can smell the cooking from the kitchen.

Very good location. On a quiet alley just steps away from the hustle and bustle old quarter. Nice room, with decent size and modern decor.
Only weak point would be the breakfast. Limited variety and small dining area.
Definitely recommend if you don’t need a hotel breakfast.

I would totally recommend this hotel. The room is exactly looked like the pictures. Very strategic location, near to the touristy place such as the train street, many good food reachable within walking distance, even jazz and speakeasy bars.
But most importantly I would recommend because all staffs and service were top notch!!! I booked 1 month in advanced and need to make certain arrangements due to my itinerary. I found their WhatsApp contact from Trip and they were very helpful, fast-response, and solutive to make sure I have a pleasant trip. Also, when I needed to leave early for a day trip, they even offered us to pack up some pancakes, bananas, and water because the breakfast service was not started yet.
Thank you so much Calido Hotel! Looking forward to come back on my next visit!
