I love this hotel a lot and stuff very nice. Very good service and good location.

A relatively new boutique hotel which just opened in June 25th, 2023. The hotel is located near to train street and night market There are many eateries, cafe and restaurant nearby the hotel. The breakfast spread was good and the staff are prompt and attentive in attending to your needs.

I don't recommend this hotel to everyone. First of all, they will ask you a lot of questions when checking in. Secondly, it's very bad to exchange Vietnamese dong. The exchange rate outside is 3520, but they only give 2700. I said I would exchange 1000 RMB first, and they said the exchange rate is 3000, which still cheated me 520, multiplied by 1000 equals 520000, RMB 160. Finally, they charged me 130000 Vietnamese dong when I checked out, saying that I drank the Coke and mineral water in their refrigerator. It's okay if you charge for Coke, but you also charge for mineral water, which is too ***! The key is that you explain it in advance or put a price list there, and I won't say anything. There is no reminder. You will charge when you check out. Although it's not much money, it gives me a very bad feeling! The lobby is dark at night, and the waiter sleeps on the sofa in the lobby. If you want to go out to smoke a cigarette (smoking is prohibited in the hotel), you have to rely on the lights on the road to see the steps clearly! I have to say that the waiter's service awareness is quite in place!

Stayed for two nights and overall it was pretty good. The service staff and breakfast were good. The location was convenient and the price/performance ratio was very good. The only drawback is that the towels are yellowed and need to be replaced with new ones.

The reception staff was very enthusiastic and helped us introduce the hotel and the surrounding environment. They also helped us book a restaurant for dinner. I felt very happy staying here and everything was wonderful. There is a restaurant opposite the hotel and a convenience store within 100 meters, making life functions very convenient.

Too expensive. The service is good and I recommend it. It’s not worth it. It’s nothing special. You can still hear the voices of tenants through the internal skylight.

Old quarter great stay. New hotel - sparkling and clean. Excellent and fun breakfasts - tasty French and Eastern dishes. Easy walking to the train cafes and the lovely lake. Tailoring shops also not far. Good cafe around the corner. Good laundry service from hotel.

Excellent reception staff. Very friendly and helpful. Location is great and rooms modern and comfortable. Their prices for car transport are expensive so it's a good idea to get other quotes. You could save a lot of money. Its walking distance to the lake but beware of Starlight taxis whose meters run faster than a formula one car. Rip offs.
