The room has facilities to wash and cook , this is the best place if you want to relax in your room however you need to take a grab if you want to go hanoi old quarter and hoin kim Lake,

Location is better than in Old Quarter. Taxi is cheap in Hanoi. So wherever you stay it’s cheap to get there!

Excellent! Newly refurbished, clean and spacious. Smart TV. Not centrally located, but in a nice area (next to the embassies of Japan and Australia). Huge Lotte shopping center with a fantastic supermarket a few minutes away. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Nice position and high cost performance..

Room facilities, cleanliness, all equipment is new and easy to use, all equipment used is imported, and there is also a bathtub. The only drawback is that the counter is open 24 hours a day. I checked out at 5:00 and the room card can only be placed on the table on the first floor. It is recommended that the store set up a room card recycling item to avoid attribution of responsibility for loss. 

The room was clean and comfortable. If you stay in Hanoi for a long time, you can experience a wonderful life.

The new room is very nice. The area is quiet. I didn't think I could book such a nice room. Next time I go to Hanoi, I will definitely come back.

I booked for my friend from HCM to visit, my friend really liked it. It was also convenient for me to go with her, take her to many tourist attractions in Hanoi. The room was so beautiful, the staff was enthusiastic. I called the sales person to ask her to notify the manager to receive the order and ship it to me. Body soap and shampoo were not provided in the bathroom. When I asked the staff, they said that they did not have time to prepare them because my reservation was at the last minute. Please provide me with some kind of compensation.
