Good hotel with good location. This hotel has a great view on the rooftop when you do the onsen or sauna Oh one thing i cannot forget !!!! Im really love staff name Jasmine, She take care the guest very well and so nice nice 🤩🥰😍😘

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The balcony in our original room was a bit misleading in our opinion, but after we mentioned it, they kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a real balcony from the second day onwards. Excellent customer service! The included airport transfer worked perfectly. We also enjoyed the private rooftop sauna and jacuzzi (by reservation) and received vouchers for beers at the partner hotel’s sky bar, which has an amazing view. The room was very clean, modern, and had both a shower and a bathtub. Breakfast wasn’t the biggest buffet we’ve seen, but it had everything we needed, including freshly cooked eggs and delicious pho. I stayed here with my 14 year old son, and we both really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Whether it was providing stellar local recommendations, assisting with arrangements, or just checking in on my day with a smile, their attentiveness and professionalism were world-class. Stella went out of the way to get a recommended Vietnamese ice coffee for me from outside the hotel, knowing I would like to try local coffee! Shen was so kind as to offer a free upgrade for my room, which is a real pleasant surprise! Further, he patiently recommended local tour options, without me asking. The rest of the team was equally amazing—every single interaction I had with the staff was filled with kindness and a true dedication to excellent service. If you are looking for a hotel in Hanoi that offers prime comfort combined with heartfelt, top-tier hospitality, look no further than Aurora Central Hotel. I cannot wait to return!

The hotel are perfect, it’s in the centre of Old Quarter, one of the famous street in Hanoi. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast also great 👍. There are kids zone for those who travel with family. There are also jacuzzi and sauna in the hotel.
