Luxe Paradise Premium Hotel Nguyen Khac Hieu

Attention – you’ll get ripped off here! We booked 7 nights at this accommodation but checked out after the first night. Just take a look at the pictures and you’ll understand why. There was mold, stains, and a horrible smell all over the room. The faucet was broken, the cupboards were damaged, and construction work in the neighboring building started at 6:30 a.m., drilling into concrete so hard that the bed was shaking. Shortly after check-in, the hotel staff—who were actually very friendly—had to carry out repairs in our room! A piece of furniture that was about to fall off the wall was glued back in place, and a cupboard door was reattached. When we checked out on the second day because of these unacceptable conditions and asked for a refund for the remaining six nights, things got really unpleasant. Trip.com was on our side and tried for two days to contact the accommodation by phone and email, but without success—even though we sat next to the manager for two hours while he simply ignored the calls. He verbally assured us that he would agree to the cancellation. Only on the third day, after we returned in person, were we able to reach a deal and got refunded for three nights. We still had to pay for the rest. We sincerely hope this hotel won’t scam anyone else. Do not book here!

Nice hotel near a lake. Plenty restaurant nearby but far from mall or shopping area. Room is big, only provide mineral water no complementary coffee or tea.

Good place to stay but cleaning service is a bit poor for us .You need to be Patience. Others are so far ok.

The staff are polite and friendly. The hotel management do something very sneaky: mixing the snacks with the free small bottles of water set on the table and in the fridge is very confusing, if not misleading for the guests. Can’t help but feel it was a trap set intentionally by the management. Other hotels either give free or will have a note stating. And when checking out claimed on the receipt more than the items actually used. Condition hotel is quite bad: no lock, leaking faucet, broken cabinet door…

Amazing location near the lake and plenty cafés and restaurants around. The apartments were big enough. The beds were good and clean. Good kitchen, good shower with hot water. AC and washer machine. The staff was amazing, very nice and helpful. Good breakfast. I would definitely return.

A hidden gem in Hanoi. Hotel staff upgraded my room to a spacious 2 bedroom suite with view. Staff are very kind and helpful.
