The staff is good and helpful. My room ac was automatically turned off in the middle of the night. After I turned it back on, it turned off again after like another 2 hours and it keeps like that, so at the end they changed other room for me. The location is good to travel around the city.

Hotel is super close to the west lake. It is recommend to book the executive room that has windows view to the lake. Mine is at 4th floor and can alreqdy have really good view. This is selling point of this hotel. Bathtub is small even compare to short guy like me. Shampoo and body wash are very normal thus those with sensitive skin should brinf ur own. Break fast is normal, just get it done and start your travel date. Around hotel has some local restaurant and coffee shop but not super outstanding in term of vibe...in summary highly recommend this hotel for truely relaxing and get some vibe for work.

Good located in west lake place. Best view of the lake via the hotel . Just that there are bug flying in during the night so need to close the door and curtains in the night.

I recently stayed at Westlake Pearl Suites and had a mixed experience overall. The location is definitely a strong point. It’s situated in Tay Ho, an area with plenty of great cafes and restaurants, and it’s also conveniently close to Lotte Mall for shopping. It’s not too far from the Hoan Kiem tourist area either, so getting around is fairly easy. The room itself had some positives—the bed was large and very comfortable, and I appreciated having a smart TV so I could connect to my Netflix and relax with a movie in the evenings. However, there were a few downsides. The room had a noticeable bad smell, like someone had smoked in it previously, and the bathroom also had an unpleasant odor coming from the drain. It would really help if the hotel used air fresheners or addressed the ventilation to improve this. Breakfast is quite basic but does the job and has the essentials you’d expect. One thing to be aware of is the check-in and check-out times—worth double-checking in advance to avoid any confusion. Another thing to note is that the hotel advertises having a gym, but there isn’t actually one on-site. It’s located in a different building or hotel, which was a bit misleading. Overall, while the location and some room features were good, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.
