The room was extremely small and there was no space to lay open our suitcases. There was a queen bed with one side pushed up against a wall so one of us had to climb in and out from the end of the bed. The ventilation was poor and there were no windows so there was a mildew smell in the bathroom. We were booked for 5 nights but after the first night, we felt so uncomfortable and claustrophobic that we checked out and found a more suitable hotel. Unfortunately, we couldn’t cancel the booking after staying the first night so we lost the money paid for the subsequent 4 nights.

The staff are very friendly and lovely. The room was good and comfortable. The breakfast is not open buffet there is a list and you have to order from the list. In general, it is recommended

You recently opened a new hotel. Everything is new. Attentive staff. The room has everything you need. I hope everyone will save it and watch it 🙏🏻It is located in a convenient place, near the old city on a quiet street. There is everything you need for life nearby.

Das Hotel war gut gelegen, das Zimmer sauber und ordentlich und das Frühstück simpel aber gut. Positiv ist wirklich der gute Service hervorzuheben. Alle waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und besonders Miss Huyen war sehr hilfreich bei der Planung von meinen Tagesausflügen, die man auch gut direkt über die Rezeption buchen konnte.
