Four Seasons Serenity

The cleaning staff's attitude wasn't very good. The owner, however, was very friendly and enthusiastic.

The hotel is located 3 kilometers from the old quarter. You can walk there if you want, which we did. It's in a quiet area, not far from the lake promenade. The room was quite clean, though I did miss having a fridge. On the positive side, the owners were very prompt and friendly in resolving all our requests. It's a good option for budget travelers and offers good value for money.

No elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, avoid staying on a high floor. The owner is very welcoming. The location on the map is a bit off, so you'll need to confirm with the owner, otherwise, it's hard to find.

Comfortable accommodation, had no problems finding it. Unfortunately, there's no elevator, but the host met me and helped carry my suitcase up. The apartment is lovely.

Honestly, everything was perfect. The only minor drawback was that the shower head looked a bit dirty, but it wasn't excessively so, so it was fine. The air conditioning, microwave, kettle, fan, and room design were all great. There was no noise either. I stayed in Vietnam for 17 days, and I think this place ranks in my top 3.

It's located in an alley, so it was a bit hard to find. But it's very quiet. The hygiene and service quality are good. The host is friendly.

This is a great place for couples looking for good value. However, it's a bit hard to find. The facilities are perfectly fine.
