The room's facilities were new, but the bathroom was incredibly dirty. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly after the previous guest checked out. There was no ventilation, so the bathroom smelled really bad, almost nauseating. The blankets and pillows were damp, and the floor was dirty. Overall, it was a very bad experience for me.

The place is very close to local noodle shops and a street market. There is even an ATM machine where you can withdraw a foreign currency to the local Vietnamese one. Overall the hotel is nice.

It's very hard to set an address to come to this apartment. Because too many ///. But the room is quite clean, new, everything here is new. The staff is quite friendly. I only stayed 1 night for the next day surgery in the hospital so nothing to complain about. Will book again next time👍

For the price you cannot complain. A room where you can cook, has a private bathroom/shower and a small balcony to let in the air and sunlight. It is a bit hard to get to for new travellers and Grab drivers, but once you know the neighborhood it is easy to navigate. The owner was also very attentive to fixing certain things for me.

The room so dirty, seem a lots of hair on the bed and the floor. Washing machine still has tower and clothes inside.
Toilet so smelly and dirty.
Contact service providers support so hard.
Not easy to find in the location details.

The administrator allowed us to check in at 10 AM, thank you. We stayed on the 7th floor; overall, it's a good hotel for the price. The owner could improve the stay by better controlling the cleaning.
