Impressive Boutique Hotel Reviews

Excellent little backstreet hotel within 5 minutes walk from St Joseph's Cathedral. Nearby are restaurants, massage services, coffee shops, and bars. The manager was very helpful, organising airport transfers for our large family. Will also organise tours and motorbike hire, I'm sure. The rooms were comfortable, if not basic. Although the beds were some of the softest we've found in Vietnam so far!

The location is good, in the old town, it is very convenient for sightseeing and eating. But there is no hand soap in the toilet. Everything is charged. The hot water shower in the toilet needs to be turned on and off separately. The guests don't know how to operate it. If you don't ask the waiter, you may take a cold shower by default. My friend booked a 3-person room, but only two were given free water. If you want more, you have to pay 10k Vietnamese dong (RMB 3) for a bottle of mineral water. When my friend checked out, I booked a single room for one more day, and I also had to change rooms, or I had to pay extra. The five of us booked two rooms for 4 days. We wanted to check in at 12 o'clock on the first day (the check-in time was 2 o'clock), and we had to pay an extra 30k Vietnamese dong. We added a room, but only the three of us were allowed to enter the room, and the other two friends were still in a daze for a while before they were allowed to enter) These little things made me feel that the service experience was not very good, so I complained on Google review. The boss may have seen it, and raised my room level again, and asked me to write a good review for him. The key is that I packed my luggage twice and tossed around. I don't know what the point is...
