I've stayed here a few times already and have always had a good experience. The location is great—it's within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake, Beer Street, as well as plenty of restaurants and shops. It's also a short trip to the airport, especially if you have an early morning flight. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the owner is very welcoming. For the price, it's a great value, and I'd happily stay here again.

This hotel's location is probably what many Japanese people imagine Vietnam to be. Even if you arrive without a plan, the hotel staff will assist you affordably. Everyone at the hotel is so kind. I just love sitting in front of this hotel and watching the street go by! It's worth coming, even if it's just for one night.

Great location for getting around and experiencing the chaotic Old Quarter. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and have everything you need. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The buffet breakfast is varied and delicious. Excellent value for money.

It’s right in the heart of old quarter Hanoi tiny hotel but very clean and comfortable

Since I booked during the ***** New Year, it was getting harder to find rooms closer to the holiday because of the hotel's downtown location. It's super convenient for shopping, picking up souvenirs, and finding great restaurants nearby. The fact that it has an elevator already gives it an 85% score in my book! Plus, they offer a delicious and extensive breakfast spread, so I left feeling completely full every morning. It's also very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and other attractions, and there are quite a few Michelin-starred restaurants in the vicinity. Definitely worth it. I'll be back to stay here again!

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the old quarter, just a 2-minute walk to the lake. The breakfasts are very generous and delicious, with a mini-buffet and an additional dish you can order. However, I booked a room with large, floor-to-ceiling windows, but I was given a room with a small window overlooking a roof and a neighboring wall. They insisted it was the room I booked. Also, the refrigerator in the room wasn't working. Because of this, all the food I put in there spoiled. I initially turned the dial and it started to cool, but by morning, it was warm again and everything was ruined.

The hotel stayed at Hanoi downtown, convenient to foods and shopping, drinking Hanoi favorite coffee. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The room isn't huge but it's spacious enough. The shower works well, though you have to hold the toilet flush for a few seconds. There's a small fridge, perfect for storing the fried spring rolls and desserts I bought. Breakfast is served for a long period and offers a great variety, including Vietnamese fried rice, fried noodles, Swiss rolls, pancakes, and excellent soft-boiled eggs. The fresh fruit daily is also a highlight, especially the delicious bananas and mangoes. The location is super convenient for getting around; it's not far from the night market, shopping areas, or Hoan Kiem Lake. There's also a restaurant called 'Little Something' on the same street that makes amazing beef spring rolls. Plus, the lady at the front desk speaks some Chinese, which is a big bonus!

Location is good. Many shops and eateries nearby. Staffs ate helpful and friendly. But the water if shower is very slow. Not strong enough to wash my long hair. Took very long time to wash away shampoo.

The room was tiny, with two 0.8-meter beds. If you're a restless sleeper, you might easily roll off onto the floor. There were small bugs in the bathroom. Breakfast was simple but filling. It's quite close to nearby attractions, about a 5-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The landlady speaks Chinese. The hotel can help book tickets to Ha Long Bay for 400,000 VND per person, in a 9-seater tour van. The hotel facade is very small. Being in the Old Quarter, it's surrounded by shops with all sorts of chaotic signs. It's convenient for dining and sightseeing.

The location is convenient, but the bathroom is very small, which was difficult for my elderly parents.

Nice and clean hotel. Location is perfect. The staffs are very helpful and professional. Helped us to book our Halong bay and Ninh binh tour, also our bus to hue. I would certainly come back.

Good service and beat location almost everything is walking distance.
