The Queen Hotel & Spa 2

The room is big. Clean. But the bedsheets was old and discolored. we booked a 5 pp family room. Hotel surrounded by massage parlours and pro, its inside a narrow alley where car cannot access. Our room is at 7th floor. They have tidy lift up to 6th floor. However, we have a 86 years old, the communication with hotel earlier was that they have lift access but they can't accommodate our request for lower floor when check in. . Location is great. Near to a few attractions and famous food stall. Summary- recommended for young able body travellers that travel with budget. Not for family with children and seniors.

We're allowed to check in a little earlier. They allow luggage storage. There's a mini lobby. The entrance is inside an alley. Location is good, walking distance to the famous Pho 10 Ly Quoc Su and Bun Cha Dac Kim, as well as Hoam Kiem Lake and St. Joseph cathedral. Wifi and aircon is working fine. The room is clean and there's a small lift.

I was worried about getting a tiny room as it's in the old quarter. I reserved a room and requested a double bedroom. I got a family room and the room was clean, neat and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very cleaned especially the toilet! The bedsheet and pillow case has some minimal stain but can be skipped. The AC wasnt blowing cold air at first but was fixed right away after I reported. Location is inside an alley, 1 minute walk from the drop off. About 3 mins walk from hotel you will reach St Joseph Cathedral. Highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful and assisted when my phone wouldn't work. The hotel was in a good area, near everything but very busy. It was wonderful to be able to so easily walk round the lake, particularly on Saturday night. For me the only real problem was the lack of a window that let light in, otherwise it was a good stay.

Loved the stay! It was conveniently located in the old quarter with a convenient store near by and vietnamese food restaurants. The hotel staff was kind enough to let us store our luggage after check out time. The room was a bit small and looks like a two person room but we come as three person group so it was a bit stuffy for us. The rest is ok. Will come again!

The location is great but this is not in the main road. There’s laundry in front so I like it. There’s elevator as well. Near Notre Dame Church
