Vision Premier Hotel & Spa

Very helpful and friendly front desk. The hotel does have all basic amenities like toothpaste, hot water, tea/coffee. For me personally the best and worst at the same time is location. Pro - right at the entry to old quarter center Con - directly In front is a trauma unit of the local hospital and quite busy road - expect noise and ambulances. Sound insulation is weak. In 3 days I haven't had a good night's sleep.

☠️☠️☠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I NEVER WROTE A BAD REVIEW BEFORE!!! BUT THIS HOTEL IS AT THE WORST LEVEL WHICH I FELT I MUST WARN FELLOW TRAVELLERS TO AVOID AT ALL COST!!! This hotel is the worst we had stayed in Hanoi old quarter!!! AND WE ONLY BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE QUITE LAST MINUTE TRIP.COM CANCELLED OUR BOOKING OF ANOTHER HOTEL! The only good thing about this hotel is the location, which you can also easily get from any other hotels along this area!!! The ROOM WAS OLD, DIRTY AND DUSTY AND WE EVEN FOUND A SMALL DEAD RAT IN THE ROOM NEXT TO THE BED!!!!!!! ATROCIOUS!!!! THE ROOM AIR-CON IS VERY OLD, DUSTY AND MAKING A LOUD NOISE! YOU CAN'T EVEN OPEN THE WINDOW IN THE ROOM TO AIR THE ROOM! THE LIFT'S LIGHTING IS FLICKERING AND THE STAFF DIDN'T CARE! THE ROOM'S WALL IS VERY BAD! YOU DON'T NEED TO SET ALARM FOR MORNING BECAUSE YOU WILL BE WAKEN UP BY THE CARS OUTSIDE! ALL THE STAFF WERE RUDE, UNFRIENDLY AND LAZY!!! EXCEPT FOR ONE RECEPTION LADY AND A NEW MALE STAFF WHO JUST JOINED THEM WHEN WE ARRIVED! BUT THE WORST STAFF IS THE ONE MALE STAFF AT THE HOTEL'S CAFE WHICH SERVED BREAKFAST!!! HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND ALWAYS USING HIS PHONE TO WATCH TICTOK AND ETC!!! THE BREAKFAST THIS HOTEL PROVIDED WAS A JOKE!!! WE STAYED FOR 4D3N, AND THEY ALWAYS RAN OUT OF FOOD (NOT BECAUSE IT WAS TASTY, BUT BECAUSE THEY ONLY PREPARED VERY LITTLE)!!! AND THEY ONLY STARTED COOKING AGAIN WHEN THERE WAS TOTALLY NO MORE FOOD LEFT!!! WHILE THE COOK WAS COOKING, ALL HOTEL CUSTOMERS INCLUDING US HAVE LEFT!!! WE WENT OUT FOR BREAKFAST ON OUR OWN BY THE 3RD MORNING! WE TOTALLY GAVE UP ON THIS HOTEL AND ITS BREAKFAST!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️PLS AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I DID MY PART.

We have a great time at Vision Premier Hotel. Love the balcony of my room, love the breakfast they provided. The location is good,you can get to the lake /old town within 5mins. Thanks Lily and other staffs again for my time there.

Picture can be misleading however the hotel supervisor went out of her way to get us the room for three hours as we checked in at 9.15 early morning with checkout at 12.30 sharp. Over all room had 2 double bed which was more than enough and breakfast had ample of fruits. On a budget it's a good choice.

I booked 2 nights in the hotel and very close to walking street, and right at the center. You can walk a few steps for many good restaurants. Highly recommend if your budget is not much and want to stay in the center.

I was quite disappointed with this hotel, however it is cheap, in a good location and the front desk spoke good English Overall the hotel and rooms are a bit dilapidated and need more attention and investment - the rain shower needed a good descale, bathroom sink had a big crack mark in it, mattress springs were noticeable, one of the complimentary water bottles had been half drunk by a previous guest and the TV didn't work. Also breakfast wasn't great and I didn't each much, but luckily there were other options in the area. If you want a cheap hotel in a good area and are happy to pay the price, this is a fine option - but I feel trip.com's reviews are a bit generous.
