I booked this to be near Hanoi airport. It's literally 10mins away and I used the hotel transfer ( after a taxi driver ripped me off when I arrived in the early hours . 😔)
It's value for money , basic hotel . Good WiFi, hot shower , comfy clean bed , fridge . Water coffee, tea provided . Reception Staff spoke English .
Outside theres a few convenience store and inexpensive restauraunts outside the hotel . I crossed the (very busy) street and had the best beef Pho of all the ones I'd had in V.N ! (next door to the Vahn Ahn hotel) .
I'd stay here again and recommend for a overnight stay for the convenience of the airport

There is a lift so it’s really helpful. The room is spacious but hot. Location is accessible by walk from Airport. There are ants all over my room. The lobby is small

The location of the place is very handy as it is only stone throw away from the airport. They offer very cheap pick up and drop off from and to the airport. Driver was very nice.
The room was very basic. Nothing in mini bar. Very old towels with holls all over. Lost power for a few minutes. The front windows of the hotel, back the small TV and lights looked like hasn't been cleaned for a very long time.
Staff at the front desk were very busy on their computers and phones. Completely ignoring the guests coming or going. Would not reply when saying good morning or hello. Asked if they provide laundry service. The reply was, go out side, turn right and lift, ask people to direct you to a laundry. Maybe it was communication issue.
I give them 3 ☆☆☆.

Three night stay with one short power outage, hot water cut off, noisy neighbours and a persistent flooding toilet. Really old amenities. The staff is great though. Close proximity to airport and functional air conditioning. Check the toilet flushing and immediately ask for a room change.

The hotel is very close to Hanoi's T2, about a kilometer away. I booked a twin room, but when I got to the hotel, I was told only queen rooms were available. They said I'd have to wait for an hourly room to be vacated before I could get a twin. So, I had no choice but to sit in the lobby and wait until a group of Indian guests checked out. Only then did we get our room. The next morning, when checking out, I had no phone signal and asked the front desk to help us call a Grab to the city center. The two young women rudely refused, saying, 'We don't have Grab.' I will never book this rubbish hotel again.

This has to be the worst place ever, but I guess that's my luck for having a layover. There were cockroaches everywhere, hair, and stains. The entire hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. The airport pick-up cost 30 RMB and was delayed – I waited for ages. Plus, the pick-up spot wasn't even where they said it would be. For over 100 RMB, it felt like a guesthouse from 80s or 90s China.
