A truly high standard hotel, excellent attentive service by the staff. Fresh delicous breakfast. Clean pool. Quiet. Comfortable bed! Perfect location. I recommend it!
The room is modern and clean. I stayed one night before it in the Intercontinental which is supposed to be the best, but it was so old worn dirty compared to this excellent hotel.
(Only NOTE: you need to book the most expensive rooms to have proper windows. I booked the second category room with windows, but it was small and in front of a wall).

My family of three stayed at this hotel during the New Year's Day holiday and were extremely satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the service was prompt (we requested an extra bed, an ice bucket, wine glasses, etc.). The location is superb, right in the heart of Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were also very professional and enthusiastic. If I get the chance to visit Hanoi again, I will definitely choose this place.

The room amenities were average. However, the service was outstanding; they even served à la carte breakfast items directly to our table. The food quality was also superb, and the spa was absolutely top-tier. The view from the rooftop pool was equally breathtaking. I had initially thought the room rate was a bit high, but after my stay, I felt it offered great value for money.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Location is very central but still relatively quiet and calm. Room is of average size, but with a good size bathroom with shower and bathtub . Pool is large enough for a dip but not really for swimming laps. Gym is modest but well equipped for its size with weights, benches and treadmill. The breakfast offers a tasty buffet as well as a very good breakfast menu.
The best hotel I’ve stayed in Hanoi for its price and location

The service at this hotel is absolutely exceptional, above and beyond what you expect. The food was very good as well. It is located in the center of the Old Quarter close to everything. The downside is that it is pretty busy and loud. On Fridays and weekends, there is live music on the rooftop next door and music playing in the nearby streets that you can hear in the hotel rooms.

The service was excellent! Despite a road closure caused by a military parade, the hotel staff were incredibly responsible and helpful. Located right in the heart of Hanoi, the rooftop bar and pool offer fantastic views of Hoan Kiem Lake. It was a truly wonderful experience, highly recommended!
