Suite-style accommodation has everything you need. It's within walking distance of the lively places, and there is a market starting from Friday night until the weekend, which is quite convenient. The guy at the counter was kind enough to help me upgrade to a two-room suite. The space was really big. I could open all my luggage and spread it out, and I could lie down and roll on the floor.

10 minutes walk from the busiest city center Hidden in an alley, quiet in the hustle and bustle The room is very spacious and convenient There is also a kitchen where you can cook and a living room with a sofa. The overall CP value is very high

Thank you to the female front desk staff for informing me in detail and kindly of the surrounding destinations as it was the first day of the trip, and she spoke good English. A simple Korean greeting is a bonus haha The room was clean and the facilities were good The best accommodation during the trip However, I have to press the hot water button in advance. The hot water does not come out immediately. The hot water doesn't last that long, so it gets lukewarm the further back you go. I can take a cold shower, so it's fine, but my friend had a hard time. But overall, I was very satisfied with the accommodation!👍

Great hotel and great people in Hanoi. Hotel is perfect for families (I went with my wife and two children), with really good location and comodities. And what is more valuable, the exceptional treatment of the staff. Thanks Apple for your help during all my travel in Vietnam.

Nice apartments in the old quarter, I booked a balcony apartment, it comes with 2 bedrooms, a large living room and a beautiful bathroom, I really like a bathtub also. We stayed here for 5 days, it was super hot in Ha Noi, so we were mostly stayed inside during the day, but we’re not too depressed because we got a beautiful balcony that equipped a fantastic city view.

we stayed only for one night but it’s very convenient location a grocery store near by is a big plus and the staff are out standing the reception staff(apple and another guy) helped us with every thing we asked for,they arranged halong bay cruise for 1 night was out standing and they kept our luggage in their hotel for free when we went to the cruise trip.special thanks to all the staff hope to see u soon.

A nice, safe ,quite stay with lavish and comfortable interiors. Family market only a stone’s throw and also super easy to get to all other things food and culture. Apple and Lee really get it when it come to their trade which they practice so brilliantly. Real professionals when it comes to making their guests feel welcomed and at home. Anything you might need at anytime is magically conjured at a moment’s notice. You know a place has done it right when you feel sad to say goodbye to the staff. We will be back and we can’t wait.
