Facilities: Decent, but the room was too small. Hygiene: Pretty bad. The room smelled terribly of smoke, and the bathroom fan didn't work, so it stank. When I turned the fan on, the smoke smell got even worse. I couldn't sleep because of the odor; it was like someone was constantly smoking in there, just awful.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's location is convenient, and it really exceeded my expectations! The front desk handled check-in efficiently, and the service was gentle and professional. The room had great natural light, was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing me to get a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, with complete facilities, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel.

We had a little issue upon check in because the configuration of rooms allocated to our group were wrong. But kudos to the Receptionst for sorting it out rapidly in a very professional manner.
The room is simply awesome. very clean, bed is comfortable and amenities are good. The gym is fantastic, together with the steam room.
There are a few surrounding restaurants near the hotel, but not a whole bunch. Location werent that fantastic, but its compenaated with all the quietness and away from city feel.

I love the fitness room and sauna facilities. Multiple equipment available and also yoga room and spinning room.
The room is very big and even having small kitchen, I got the room with balcony and I love the view.
Only one thing which I don’t like- I stayed in 12th floor and I got the smoking smell every night. I guess there was a heavy smoker living in the same floor and smoking in the room. The ventilation ducts are connected and I was disturbed by the smell. Overall, very good hotel.

Good service, you may have to nudge once in a while but they are very good. Needed trip here with last two night, paid extra for very late checkout and it was absolutely worth it.
Boarding a flight straight after sauna and swim. Highly recommend.
Location is further out from old quarter, however that’s what makes it quiet and peaceful

The environment is elegant, the room is spacious and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep! The front desk service was warm and attentive. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for future visits.

This hotel is essentially a serviced apartment which is fine. Food is good, breakfast and dinner, however, the location is not the best, it’s next to a major construction site. The Vietnamese don’t stop working at nights so it is quite noisy.
