The hotel is very clean and comfy, the staff is friendly, breakfast was good. The hotel is located in the old quarter of Hanoi, so it’s convenient when going out for food, drinks and leisure activities.

The location is great. If you want to lay your back down in a comfortable bed I guess this is a great option. The price is very affordable. They even give free breakfast that's a plus point.

I like the location it’s it’s the heart of Old Quarter. The staff are really helpful and friendly, she even gave suggestions on where to visit in while in Hanoi. The room was spacious and clean!

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, when we arrived there for check in, they told us no rooms were available. Even we have booked it two months ago. Instead they brought us to another hotel vision premier hotel with a much smaller room without window and compensate us 200000vnd. As this was our first time to visit Vietnam, we don't want to make any trouble. So we just accepted the offer. A lesson learned, don't book in this hotel. Service and staff no good. Breakfast horrible.

Central hotel, convenient to travel, clean rooms, delicious food, friendly staff.

On the first day, when the upper floor was being repaired and they were constantly using an electric hammer, on the second day, I changed the room and in the middle of the night I saw a lizard above me. The sound of the air conditioner engine did not let me sleep until the morning, and the sheets and pillows were dirty in every room.

Location is good, Room clean daily, room is clean well prepared and in good conditions. Staff is also very friendly. Everything is great in regards to the room.
