The room was spacious and comfortable, thoughtfully designed for business travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly from the front desk to the bell staff. The only downside during my stay was the soundproofing.

Amazing place! Beds are so comfy and the pool/sauna area is to die for! Location is great and walkable to most areas. Big shout out to Collin & Hazel whos customer service made our stay. The best smiles at Signature M village.

The location is decent, breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.
The room itself was not so nice and the window was directly facing a wall (no sunlight) which was not clearly advertised.

the last smiley face is missed because the light on the 28 Jul is not function well. one in the bathroom and one in the cloth closet keep blinking the whole night. for the rest of the experience, it is very positive.

The hotel staff were polite and very helpful, especially with handling our luggage. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. A special mention goes to the bathtub—my partner, who is particularly mindful of cleanliness, gave it her full approval. That alone earns a big thumbs up from us! Would definitely book the same hotel the next time we travel to Vietnam!
