Overall was good. Location was nearby all tourists spot and surrounded by nice eating areas. Amenities were complete so you don’t need to worry. For the price with breakfast too. Recommend for travellers. But the wifi is worst… no connection throughout our 3days stay.

I love the place and the services. The hotel receptionist/housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides sim card and motor bike rent. They also booked a sleeper bus to Sapa. Overall I am happy to stay there. Street view room also good.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights. Got a free upgrade with windows in the room. Room was very new, clean and big with free water, tea and coffee. Most important is that this hotel have an elevator which is easy for tourist with big luggages. Staff was great and helpful. The hotel provides money changer, tours and motorcycle rental. Buffet style breakfast was great. Excellent location with lots of food stalls and cafe around till late nights. Will come back again.

New or renovated rooms. Good breakfast and friendly sraff. Lication is also nice. Near train street. Highly recommend this hotel.

It is located just next to Train station. Not far from Old Qaurter. The hotel was smaller than it looked on booking sites. Breakfast was good, located in Food Street. I was able to try many different local foods.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town, beautiful interior, pretty, clean, delicious buffet in the morning, polite and attentive staff, I will visit again next time 😜

Cleanliness is OK, the room is a bit small, but the location is very good, next to the train coffee street and also in the train night market pedestrian street. There are many delicious foods on this street, which are also affordable, and there are also specialty restaurants to choose from
