Hotel du Parc Hanoi

It was my first time in Vietnam, and I was a little nervous, but a Japanese staff member kindly guided me, which made my stay very reassuring! Right upon arrival, I was overcharged by a taxi from the airport and struggled with cash payments, but they helped me out and even gave recommendations for local spots. I also spent time at the bar on the hotel's first floor, and it was lovely, so I highly recommend it if you stay here! The hotel itself was clean, and the breakfast was delicious (I later stayed in Da Nang and truly appreciated the quality of the breakfast here even more...). It was a wonderful experience! I would love to stay here again whenever I visit Vietnam.

The Japanese breakfast selection is excellent. The staff and room cleanliness were also perfectly fine. There's a supermarket and a park nearby.

The hotel is a bit far from the tourist attractions, which is a minor inconvenience, but Grab taxis are so cheap that it wasn't really an issue. The front desk staff spoke some Japanese, so check-in was smooth. They even recommended the nearby Fuji Supermarket, which was a nice touch of hospitality. I booked a twin room, and it was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. I plan to use this hotel as my base again next time I visit Hanoi.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a good selection including Japanese dishes. It was also great that Train Street was nearby.

The room was decent, but the facilities were a bit old. The service was great, and the cleanliness was good too. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I've stayed at this hotel several times a year. The breakfast is always crowded, but the hotel itself is quiet and comfortable. This time, I also used the gym and sauna, and the staff there were incredibly kind.

The location is quite good, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, and it's convenient to walk there, but you need to pay attention to your directions. There are also a few other lakes nearby, and if you're on a higher floor, the view is absolutely stunning. The hotel seems to be Japanese-owned or has a Japanese style. Although it's not very new and a bit old-fashioned, the cleanliness is absolutely spotless. The room is also quite spacious, which is rare in Hanoi. The price is acceptable, offering good value for money.
