However, the soundproofing isn't great because the elevator's arrival chime is very loud; it would be better if it were silent. It's about a 20-30 minute walk to the bustling Cathedral area, which wasn't as convenient as I had imagined. **Cleanliness:** Very good, met expectations. The only issue was that there weren't enough indoor slippers provided for guests, which could be a problem for those returning late. **Service:** Excellent. Although it's self check-in, someone was waiting on the ground floor to assist with the process. **Facilities:** The room had amenities, and the toilet and shower were separate. However, the glass was frosted, making it unsuitable for staying with friends or colleagues. The rooms are on the 2nd to 4th floors, and the 5th floor is a common area with a refrigerator, air fryer, gas stove, washing machine, and dryer, all free to use, which is fantastic! **Dining:** No breakfast is provided, but there are several coffee shops and street food breakfast stalls nearby to choose from. **Conclusion:** Apart from the location, this is a highly recommended, stylish homestay with great value for money.
