I can’t really say anything negative - it’s exactly what you get for the price. The room is very old and the walls have definitely seen better days, with a few questionable brown marks here and there 😅 There’s also a ceiling vent that seemed to let in some extra “guests” (mostly bugs and mosquitoes).
So if you’re staying a couple of days and want to save money, it does the job. The location is good - near the lake, 15–20 minutes to the train street and about 30 minutes to the Old Quarter (walking distance).
If you’re not too picky and just need a budget stay, it’s fine. But I did find a better room in the Old Quarter for almost the same price, so it’s worth looking around.
I appreciated the friendly staff and staying on a higher floor. There was ample hot water and the bed was comfortable. The room had a few issues: septic smell coming from the drain that I couldn't remove by various means of spray, bleach or eucalyptus. The hair dryer didn't work. There was very loud construction going on below my room. During my last night noisy occupants slammed their doors and spoke loudly that kept me awake.
Unfortunately, I don't have photos 😢, but the pictures from other reviews and the listing are accurate. My stay here was wonderful! The staff were very responsive and always ready to help or accommodate requests. As for the nice little extras, there was good and stable WiFi, a full bathtub instead of just a shower, a well-functioning air conditioner, a small stovetop for cooking with some basic utensils, and free use of a washer and dryer. The apartment was quiet, with no noise from cars, motorbikes, or neighbors. There are also several places nearby with incredibly delicious food.
If I understood correctly, for longer stays, the room is cleaned every three days, which is a great bonus!
One thing to note about the location is that the building is on a small street. On one side, the windows face a neighboring building, and on the other, they overlook a narrow, authentic street. My room was a bit dim, but that might also be due to the cloudy weather during my stay.
I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again when I go to Hanoi 👍

GGuest UserThere is no hair dryer, but everything else was fine.
However, because the noise of the bike was so loud that it was hard to sleep, and because the woman didn't speak English, when I spent 2,000 dong to buy water that cost 200 dong, I only got back 800 dong, and I almost got confused about my change.
Well, it happens everywhere, so I didn't really worry about it, but the woman who owns the place is very kind, so if you let your finances be careless, you'll end up in trouble.
There are two types of keys: a turn type and a chain type.
NNguyễnThe price of this hotel is good, but the location is not ideal, it is a bit difficult for tourists to find
The rooms are nice, elegant and the price is very good. However, the design of the toilet is very bad. It would be strange if the family were in the same room, because the people in the toilet can be seen outside.
Except for the toilets and venues, everything else is okay.
GGuest UserMy room is on the 5th floor, the sunset view is quite beautiful. The room is full of necessary items. The location is right near the main road, quite easy to find.
However, the room cleaning work is not very careful. When I checked in, I had a check in, there was a refrigerator, in the refrigerator there was a whole bowl of vegetables left by the previous guest. The cabinet and the head of the bed were quite dusty, the blanket was also a bit dusty and when I came back, I was allergic. On the first night and the morning of the second day, my room kept losing water, so it was quite inconvenient, hope the hotel will check the water system carefully. Another point is that the door of the room was broken and the lock, I checked in, lazy to move things, so I didn't ask for a room change. However, this makes me a bit dissatisfied, because the hotel did not inform me in advance, until I couldn't lock it, I went down to ask and told me that someone would come to fix it tomorrow. But until I checked out, I didn't see anyone to fix it.
GGuest UserВыбирала номер с окнами, по факту окна есть , но не на улицу, а в шахту лифта.
Матрасы жесткие, напор воды в душе -никакой, волосы промыть это квест.
